  • For Eliminating Toxins: Add 4 drops Fennel Essential Oil to a warm bath before you get into the tub. The Fennel will help flush waste products from the body.
  • To Ease Menstrual Pain: Add 5 drops Fennel Essential Oil and 2 tbsp honey to a warm bath. Follow bath by dressing warmly and resting for 1 hour in a quiet room.
  • Loss of Direction: Mix 3 drops Fennel Essential Oil with 3 drops Geranium Essential Oil in a diffuser or aromatherapy lamp to stimulate and encourage the mind.
