Physical Uses: Palmarosa essential oil is very versatile since it can be used to even out dry, oily and sensitive skin. It is a great nutrient for skin and can stimulate cell growth and promote regeneration of damaged tissue.

Palmarosa Essential Oil Recipes:
- Calm Nerves/Awaken Mind: Mix 6 drops Palmarosa Essential Oil, 2 drops Lemongrass Essential Oil, and 2 drops Sandalwood Essential Oil in a diffuser or aromatherapy lamp and breathe deeply.
- Relieve Neck Pain: Fill a small bowl with hot water and add 5 drops of Palmarosa Essential Oil. Lightly place a cloth or towel to absorb the oil on the surface where it is resting. Fold the compress (oil side in) and apply to the back of the neck. Prevent unnecessary contact with the sensitive skin around the neck. Repeat 3-4 times as necessary.
- De-Stress/De-Compress: Mix 3 drops Palmarosa Essential Oil and 3 drops Cedarwood Essential Oil in a diffuser or aromatherapy lamp. Alternatively, place on a handkerchief and inhale deeply.
