  • For Nervousness: Add 2 drops Sage Essential Oil to a handkerchief and inhale deeply when needed. The fresh herbal aroma will strengthen your self-confidence and reduce nervous tension. Inhale before an important test, before an audition, or before a public speech. Be careful to avoid direct contact of the oil with your skin as it can irritate.
  • To ease menstruation pains: Mix 3 drops Sage Essential Oil in 1 tbsp. of sweet-almond oil. Massage your lower abdomen with blend using circular motions.
